Claire has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and business management in the construction, manufacturing, advertising and software industries. In 1995 she founded Integrated Visions, Inc. a software consulting firm specializing in time billing and practice management software solutions and continues to serve as the firm’s President.
She has built the company to be the largest Timeslips® reseller in San Diego County and, in 2001, her firm was recognized as the Timeslips® World Wide Certified Consultant of the Year – the highest honor presented by the manufacturer to the certified consultants annually. Her firm has implemented over 500 hundred of installations for small and medium size service professional firms spanning a variety of industries. In addition to providing software training and consulting services in time billing and practice management software, she is a Timeslips® instructor at UC San Diego Extension campus and a preferred provider of The San Diego County Bar Association.

John was raised in Chicago’s western suburbs, where he still resides. He has been involved in the electronics industry for nearly 30 years. Along the way, he has started and sold several businesses, including an advertising specialty firm, an analog/digital recording studio during the early digital recording revolution and in 2007 a computer reseller and service center.
John was CEO of the largest independent Apple deal in the Chicago metro area, and he led the transformation of the company to an outbound sales-driven organization specializing in technology engineering services. During his tenure, the company received several awards, including Fastest Growing Apple Specialist in 1999. As a member of the Apple Reseller Advisory Council for more than seven years, John helped develop and refine the Apple Certified Training Center Program, and met yearly with Apple senior management regarding channel policy. He served on the Service Advisory Board as well, offering guidance on tactical and programmatic strategy.
Currently consulting to PC and Apple VARs, John brings a combination of technical, sales and management skills to his work. He frequently leads both technical and sales training classes, and he is a regular keynote speaker at dealer events.

Ted has more than 35 years of sales and marketing experience. After graduating from Claremont Men’s College, he joined IBM in its large systems division as a marketing representative. He held positions as an executive briefing instructor and marketing manager prior to leaving IBM in 1994. He worked with LawInfo.com and Sempra Energy until he joined CSI Leasing in 1999 to develop its business in San Diego, Nevada and Hawaii.
Ted’s industry experiences, as well as his passion to coach others, are key reasons he entered the consulting business in 2010 to help small and medium businesses learn and execute the art of selling, marketing and managing used by successful Fortune 500 companies.
In his spare time Ted helps manage the La Jolla Festival of the Arts, produced by the Torrey Pines Kiwanis Club. He enjoys road biking and golf. He resides in Encinitas, California with his wife Laura, son, Scotty, and daughter, Kristen.

Paul H. Duvall, a partner in the King & Bellow Law Firm, was born in Evergreen Park, Ill. He was admitted to the bar in Illinois and California and before the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth and Seventh Circuits.
He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Cornell College and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He is the former Note and Comments Editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. He served as a clerk to the Honorable Howard B. Turrentine of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. He is a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Pacific Region and a frequent speaker on employment topics for a variety of institutions, including the Council on Education Management. Paul has co-authored Opens Courts in California, and is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the San Diego County and American Bar Associations. His practice areas of law include all aspects of labor and employment law including immigration.
Paul is a board member of the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, and was a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Vira is a results oriented executive with over 18 years of business consulting and technical program management. As Director of Project Management for Vistage International, Vira is responsible for all aspects of program direction and team management and ensures the delivery of high quality products and services. Her extensive experience in team development and customer services combines expertise with end-to-end service and solution capabilities that meet today’s business demands.
Vira obtained her Master of Science in Executive Leadership in 2003 from the University of San Diego and her BS in Information Technology from San Diego State University in 1987. She served on the Executive Board of 211 San Diego, a Health and Human Services Information and Referral nonprofit organization. Vira is passionate about team development; the ability to work with talented individuals and foster a learning environment yielding professional growth and personal accomplishments.
Her work for the nonprofit community as Director of InfoTap at Nonprofit Management Solutions as well as her work at 211 utilizes her talents to bring technology solutions enabling these organizations to fulfill their mission of serving people with a focus on outreach to under served communities.

Paul Nardulli is an Associate at the Optima Law Group where he assists emerging and established companies, as well as their ownership and management with corporate formation, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, business transactions, intellectual property protection, and securities transactions.
Paul earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law where he emphasized his studies in the area of corporate law, receiving the CALI Award for academic excellence in Business Planning. While earning his law degree, Paul gained valuable experience working as a Legal Extern for American International Group (AIG) in Hong Kong, focusing on antitrust law.
Paul has also worked closely in the San Diego community as a legal intern for the University of San Diego Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal services to entrepreneurs desiring to start or expand a business.
Paul received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of California at Riverside. Paul has also supplemented his education with business courses at Maastricht University Business School in the Netherlands and a comparative law program at the University of Hong Kong. Prior to law school, Paul was a District Manager for a Fortune 300 company and used his real estate license to help grow a satellite office for a commercial real estate company.

Tom is a former award-winning journalist with many years of experience in print and digital media who now serves as an independent public relations and marketing communications consultant. His clients have appeared in a myriad of publications, not to mention radio and television. He worked 10 years as a PR strategist to many Web-based start-ups in Silicon Valley during the dot-com era and beyond, and his recent experience includes numerous radio and television appearances as a guest expert on business trends and the economy. He has the distinction of having edited five weekly business journals, as well as serving as managing editor of two suburban dailies in the East Bay of San Francisco in the first half of his career. He also worked for U.S. News & World Report in his early career, and traveled the West in search of stories for the weekly news magazine. Tom began writing on a manual typewriter, and continues his career with frequent updates on Twitter and other social media.
Based in San Diego, Tom continues to contribute a weekly column to the San Diego Business Journal. The column, titled the SDBJ Insider, is one of the best read features in the newspaper.
